Objective To analyze the mechanism of "tennis elbow" athletic injury from the view of anatomy, and prevent its occurrence maximatily.

摘要目的从解剖学的角度来分析、探讨“肘”伤的机制，最大限度的防“肘”的发生。

Conclusion The incidence rate of brachiocubital ligament injury was the highest.According to the analysis of anatomic structure, "tennis elbow" can be prevented.

结论“肘”伤中，尺侧副韧带伤发生率较高，根据肘部解剖结构分析，“肘”是可以防的。

Results Among all the people, 432 people underwent "tennis elbow" (36.98%).Brachiocubital ligament injury was 63.42%.Radial collateral ligament injury was 31.25%.Multi-part injury was 5.32%.

结果1168人中，432人患有不同程度的“肘”，高达36.98%，其中尺侧副韧带伤63.42%，桡侧副韧带伤31.25%，多部位伤5.32%。
